With my 65th birthday looming I decided to schedule a face & neck lift with Dr. Donath,  not only to lift my face and appearance, but to lift my spirit — about getting older — as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donath for several years for fat transfer, Botox, etc., after (thoroughly) researching for a doctor with his expertise. And, I cannot say enough about his professionalism and expertise when treating his patients! He is also very kind, patient and thorough when discussing a patient’s goals and expectations.

Now, 1 month after surgery, I could not be more pleased and excited by the results!! Dr. Donath ‘erased’ 10-15 years from my face & neck without looking pulled or stretched, or like I’ve just had ‘work done.’   Simply put, I look refreshed & happy! :)

Lastly, I must say that Dr. Donath and his staff are Wonderful! The kindness and thoughtfulness they show their patients is Exceptional!

My experience w Dr Donath and his staff has been great from my first consult and continues to be almost one year post-op. I went to Dr Donath bc of his expertise with rhinoplasty revisions. I had my first “nose-job” at 15 years old and it was an overall rough experience. My nose, while improved was misshapen and had many irregularities, I wasn’t happy with it but I never wanted to go thru the surgery again to fix it. Well, 27 years later I met with Dr Donath and felt 100% comfortable and confident in him. I had my revision last January and I am THRILLED with the result! Finally a “normal” nose! I don’t know how he works his magic but he is an amazingly skilled surgeon. I’m so grateful for his work!

I do my homework and I do not mind traveling to the best doctors. I am from Cincinnati and I flew to Beverly Hills to have a procedure other than the face. I can tell you that if I lived in Beverly Hills I would be flying to Cincinnati to the best face doctor… Dr. ALEXANDER DONATH. He is my face doctor. I am proud to say that he is my doctor. Thank you Dr. Donath. You are amazing.

It has been 8 months since my fat transfer, and it still looks great. I live in an area with tons of cosmetic surgeon options, but flew cross country just for Dr. Donath’s work. I chose Dr. Donath for several reasons.

– Office staff communication made me feel like they had total transparency. (The first impression was correct, every person on his staff did their job with excellence – front office, post-op nurse, billing, etc)

– He guarantees his work. I had multiple eyelid surgeries and one fat transfer surgery prior to finding him. My history was that after healing, things shift and my body in particular resorbed my first fat transfer rather quickly. I wanted a long term solution, not a temporary filler.

– Fair pricing.

– Bed-side manner, scientific/artistic eye saw everything I wanted to fix, understood me completely. I have had about 6 different surgeons for various cosmetic procedures due to my birth defects, and I am the most confident with Dr. Donath.

I had a sort of difficult case. I needed fat put into my upper eyelid crease as well as in the lower supporting eyelid one side, because I have assymetry due to birth defect. This is a very delicate area to have work done, and I was right to give him my implicit trust. I look as close to symmetrical as I have in my entire life.
I also had fat placed in my upper cheeks because I was looking prematurely aged and tired, and man- his work looks so natural now!

I also decided to have him perform some subsicion and fat injection on some lower cheek acne scars. It worked.

I’m happy with everything, and all of his carefully thought out techniques definitely proved themselves in longevity. I will be making an appointment to return for a top-off after the one year mark, but man- this was a absolutely the best money I’ve spent on a cosmetic procedure.

Love my new rejuvenated look. Added volume and lift look very natural. It feels like I traveled back in time at least 15 years. Thank you, Dr. Donath, and wonderful assistants, very much.

I went a saw Dr. Donath a few days ago for a consultation on a rhinoplasty. I asked the nurse before about doing the non surgical route and if it would even be possible. She said we can ask him. His whole staff are SO SWEET. I never felt judged and was so comfortable asking anything that popped into my head.

Dr. Donath is incredible. He listened to everything I asked for and made sure to make me feel comfortable and informed. He did an amazing job with the fat grafting to my face! I had upper eye blepharoplasty (now I’m just so happy with results that I should have just done the lower as well). It’s all so natural. I have reccomened him to family and friends and now to any one who sees this.

Excellent doctor and results. Let me start by saying I am an internal medicine MD in Cincinnati. I’ve had patients ask me who I would see to get a facelift. Answer “no one in Cincinnati”. With large dark bags under my eyes and my daughters upcoming wedding, I decided to find a surgeon in Ohio. Dr Donath’s name kept popping up. And to my surprise, in Cincinnati. I researched. Excellent.

I am so pleased with the surgeon that performed my lower bleph and fat transfer. Do a thorough check on any doctor you are considering and do NOT let cost be a significant factor in choosing a Doctor and remember ” you get what you pay for” and you are talking about your face!! His staff is incredibly kind and welcoming . He truly cares about your concerns and more importantly your end result as much as you do! He will be the only PS ever operating on me. Thank you Dr. Donath for giving me back my self esteem! For 20 yrs I hid behind my glasses in embarrassment hoping no one would see my eye bags and now I can remove the glasses, look people in the eye and feel good about myself again, that is priceless!

The entire procedure was perfect. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. Dr. Donath takes his time to answer any questions you have and is very thorough in his follow up. I could not be more happy with the results.
