Quicklift, Eyelid Lift, Liposuction, of face & neck, fat transfer.

Let me start with liposuction of face and neck. My jaws were sagging and my neck was loose and just hanging. After my procedure my jaws are tight and my neck is taunt and youthful. With the QuickLift my face is smooth and no more wrinkles. The eyelid lift is great, it’s subtle and my eye shadow can actually be seen. But I have to say my favorite procedure is the fat transfer to my cheeks. It gives me an even more youthful look and I actually know where to put my blush on my face.

I must say with all the procedures I got I did not have much pain at all. The experience was so worth it and I am very happy to look much more youthful and have got many compliments. Go for it! What a great experience. Great staff and very talented doctor.

Recently I underwent a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Alex Donath. I was extremely nervous about proceeding with the procedure in that the nose is the focal point of my face. Prior to the procedure, I met with Dr. Donath and discussed the surgery and recovery at length. Pictures were taken and he received the reconstruction – computer images helped to envision the end product.

Frankly, I tentatively considered even following through with the procedure. I always wished for a more proportionate nose but never seriously considered reconstructive surgery. Personally, walking into a Reconstructive Surgery office was out of my comfort zone. Dr. Donath and his staff allayed my anxiety the moment I arrived for my first consultation. I was treated with respect and a friendly down-to-earth manner. After my first consultation with Dr. Donath, I actually envisioned following through.

Having the surgery and follow-up, I am able to ensure any perspective client that he cares about the product. He invested time and effort every step of the way. Pre-operatively, we discussed at lenght what I’d like to improve with my nose. When I arrived for surgery, the hospital staff informed me that Dr. Donath was a ‘perfectionist’. That proved to be true. He meticulously performed the reconstruction. During the procedure, he referred to my films in the OR and carefully considered the changes – his goal was to improve my nose but still maintain a natural look. He hit a home run with me.

I would highly recommend Dr. Donath for facial reconstructive surgery. He is a skilled surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. I am extremely pleased with the results.

Dr. Donath and staff – everyone at the office has been wonderful. I appreciate the time and personal attention I’ve received – kindness, extra efforts, nice extras, like a “make-up makeover” from Penny, and patience with all my questions and lists.

Dr. Donath did a wonderful job on my procedure. His skill as a surgeon is masterful – there are so many ways in which his work went beyond just good. There are absolutely no signs of stitches, my eyes (without surgery) look amazing. As the healing continues, I look better and better, younger and younger, yet most importantly, I look like myself. I appreciate Dr. Donath’s advice about the most appropriate combination of surgery and other treatments for me.

I also appreciate Dr. D’s availability to me – I had a very specific window of time and he made it happen.
